Cumin-Scented Raita

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt or unsweetened plain non-dairy yogurt
  • juice from 1 small lemon, about 1½ tablespoons
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced or pressed
  • kosher salt
  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Season to taste with kosher salt.
